The UniFit is located on the GeoCampus of Freie Universität in Lankwitz and offers a versatile range of cardio and strength equipment for the entire body musculature on around 200 m2 of training space. In addition to the guided weight machines, there is an extensive free weight area and a functional training area that offers a wealth of opportunities for functional training away from the guided weight machines. In addition to the Queenax Corner and the multi-functional cable pulley, a variety of small equipment is available, such as TRX suspension trainers, kettlebells, medicine balls, weight sleds or battle ropes.
With the UniFit, the university sports department of Freie Universität Berlin would like to offer university members and guests alike health-oriented and individual fitness training under the expert guidance of licensed trainers.
Therefore, a lot of emphasis is placed on training support at the UniFit. In addition to the possibility of creating a training plan individually adapted to the training goals, the trainees are supervised during the training process with error corrections and training plan adjustments in order to achieve the desired training goals in the best possible time and manner.
Different running times are available for the use of free training, which can be booked according to requirements. The UniFit offers various entry options for this, so that you can then start with the free training.

Furthermore, the UniFit has a Tanita body analysis scale. One measurement per month is included for members. External persons can book an appointment at a reasonable price.
