Training in the UniFit - this is how it works!

There are several ways to get started with independent, free training at UniFit. Basically, for every newcomer (no matter what training experience they already have), an appointment with a trainer from our team is obligatory. This can take the form of an introductory appointment (for beginners) or an introductory appointment (for experienced fitness athletes).

Option 1

1. Book an introductory appointment for beginners online! (duration approx. 1 hour)

2. Book a period of use (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months)*!

3. Attend the introductory appointment.

4. Start free training and/or make an appointment for a training plan.

Option 2

1. Book a short training session for experienced users** online! (duration approx. 15min)

2. Book a period of use (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months)*!

3. Attend the briefing appointment.

4. Start free training!

*The date for the start of the usage period can be freely selected. The date for the training plan/the short briefing/the introduction must be before or on the start date. Please note the availability of free dates.

**Training experience of at least one year of regular training in the gym is required.
