Training in the UniFit - this is how it works!

There are several ways to get started with your training at UniFit. Basically, for every newcomer (no matter what training experience you already have), an appointment with a trainer from our team is mandatory. This can be done through a long introductory session for beginners (1 hour) or a short introductory session for experienced exercisers (10-15min).

Option 1

1. Book online a long introductory appointment for beginners! (duration approx. 1 hour)

  • Prerequisite for participation: valid membership! See number 2

2. Book your membership with your desired period of use (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months)*!

3. Attend the introductory appointment on site.

4. Start your training and/or make an appointment for a training plan on site.

Option 2

1. Book online a short introductory appointment for experienced users**! (duration approx. 15min)

  • Prerequisite for participation: valid membership! See number 2

2. Book your membership with your desired period of use (1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months)*!

3. Attend the briefing appointment on site.

4. Start your training!

*The date for the start of the usage period can be freely selected. The date for the training plan or the introduction must be before or on the start date. Please note the availability of free dates.

**Training experience of at least one year of regular training in the gym is required.
